Renders the KYB investigation report for a case to a PDF (application/pdf, served inline) — the dashboard “Download report” action. Tenancy comes from the path (the web session must belong to the organization). Returns 503 when PDF generation is not configured for the environment (the gotenberg render service is not wired).
